You'll find the tickets you need for your trip attached at the bottom of your Viator or GetyourGuide message. The tickets are named with the destination and travelers name.

Important: The voucher you can download from the Viator or GetyourGuide app is NOT your travel ticket. Please use the separate ticket attached to your message instead.

TICKET VALIDITY

  • your day card is valid on all scheduled boats on lake Thun
  • your day card is valid on all scheduled boats on lake Brienz
  • your day card is valid to transfer in between Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost on the local bus or train

MISSING TICKETS:

If you can’t find your tickets or are unable to download them from Viator, you have the following options:
