TICKET & TRAVEL INFORMATION

TICKETS:

You'll find the tickets you need for your trip attached at the bottom of your Viator or GetyourGuide message. The tickets are named with the destination and travelers name.

Important: The voucher you can download from the Viator or GetyourGuide app is NOT your travel ticket. Please use the separate ticket attached to your message instead.

SCHEDULE:

The departure time of your train is indicated on your seat reservation. Please show-up at the station 20 minutes before departure.


SEATS:

Your seat reservation indicates your booked seats.


Travel documents:

In addition to the reservation, a valid ticket must be presented during the ticket control. Missing tickets will be collected on the train.

The ticket is the second attachment you got from us.

Catering:

You can pre-order meals for your travel no later than 48 hours before the trip through sales@panoramic-gourmet.ch or +41 81 300 15 15.

On board you still have the choice of meals from the à la carte menu.

If you can’t find your tickets or are unable to download them from Viator, you have the following options:
