working with Online Travel Agencies (OTA) like Viator, Tripadvisor, GetyourGuide & Expedia

noreply • Mar 08, 2020

If you search for tours, most probably your search engine will give you a result, bookable on a OTA, a online travel agency (like Viator, Tripadvisor, GetyourGuide, Expedia).

The OTA is just the broker between you as valued customer and us, the touroperator.

In order for the OTA to list our products, it receives a lot of money from the commissions.
We have to adhere to strict rules of the game, which can only be changed by the OTA. This is very often done "in the middle of the game" like
new commission rules,
new description requirements,
changed cancellation conditions and discounts.
OTA - Don't book your tours with them!

They make their own price. No, it's not the cheapest. Their "low price guarantee" is a fake. Tour operators don't have any influence on OTA's prices.
If you find a tour on a OTA you'd like to book, please, contact the tour operator directly.

You will safe money (up to 28%) and the money you've paid for the excursion supports the local community and not an international company.

We're happy to help you in your travel plans!
